WTF - Unable to download WMP10

Inspired by the post from Brandon Paddock, I set out to install WMP10 on my Laptop ( which incidently serves as my development server ).

However, Microsoft has somehow decided that it wont allow a user of Windows 2003 to download the setup of WMP10. Here is the message that is displayed.

So, I was searching around for an alternative and found none .... Can anyone point me to a link where i can download the installable package ?
