Last week
ExoLogic annonced general availablility of the CubePort product. CubePort is a wizard driven application which migrates Essbase cubes to Analysis Services cubes. Previously CubePort was available only with assistance from the consultant, but with the current version improvements it can be run directly by the customers. CubePort is pretty sophisticated application, it migrates most aspects of Essbase application - outlines, loadrules, report scripts, security (users/groups/filters), substitution variables, complex member formulas and more.
