It looks like everyone is having a lot of fun at DevTeach in Montreal. As Kirk and Sam already mentioned, a bunch of us went out on both Friday and Saturday. The guys threatened to post some pictures involving me and a local bachelorette, but I guess they never figured out how to get them off the cell phone.
I had to leave Montreal right after the speaker dinner to attend a SQL Server 2005/Visual Studio 2005 event at Microsoft in Redmond. The weather was great when I got here on Sunday. It's my sixth visit here but the first time ever I got to see some sunshine. The rental company was out of cars so they gave me a convertible for the price of a compact car ($20 a day). I ended up joyriding around Seattle and the surrounding towns the whole afternoon, blasting music. I had a blast, this area is really beautiful in the summer.
I spent the day today attending sessions with the SQL Server and the Visual Studio teams. A lot of good stuff coming up, I'll be posting more about that later...
